I’ve spent more than 20 years as an in-house technology lawyer, including over a decade as General Counsel of software and SaaS companies. My whole career has been on the vendor side of software deals.

I’ve worked with companies across North and South America, EMEA and APAC on enterprise software, SaaS and cloud offerings, generative AI, open source, OEM and partner agreements, and public sector sales.

I’ve also built two legal departments from the ground up, so I know what a growing software company needs from its lawyers.
