Q: What is your typical engagement process with clients?

A:    1.  an email (jeremy [at] aberlawfirm dot com) or call (#800/661-2530) from the prospective client,

2.  call with Mr. Aber regarding legal needs, scope of the representation, etc., and

3.  sign engagement letter (electronically via email).

Q: Do you meet most clients in person?

A: Actually not. With most clients I only communicate on the phone and email  (unless of course a client wants to meet in person).

Q: Do you require an upfront fee payment?

A: No.
